Review the work
The agent drafts the emails, builds the segment, and shows you exactly who will receive what - in chat or in the dashboard.
Approve and activate
Nothing goes out on its own by default. You approve the sequence or campaign, then the agent schedules and launches it.
Verify the real send
Check delivery, opens, and clicks from the same conversation - the agent reads campaign stats and send logs, or you watch them live in the dashboard.
